Clement Edgar Norton

Birth: 1896
Death: 10/10/1918
Regiment: 2bd Lieut. Army Service Corps + 7th Battalion RWF
Battles: Middle East

 

Clement was a son of William Clement,  ironmonger and Mary Elizabeth (Edwards) and lived at Brynhyfyd, Dolguan.  His father applied unsuccessfully for his son's exemption from joining up. Clement died from malaria on 10/10/1918 in Alexandria. He is commemorated at Ramleh War Cemetery, Israel, St David's & Llanchwairn Churches.
