Edmund was born to William, a solicitor's clerk and Sarah, had 6 brothers, (see next 4 records) & 4 sisters, and was a Marconi wireless operator, living at Walton on the Hill near Liverpool. He married Florence Griffiths on 31st March 1915 at St Judes and had a son James. He was buried in Dar El Saleem War Cemetery & is commemorated in St David's Church & the Baptist Chapel.
